Class Cancellations & Refunds

Due to limited space and availability, I request that you cancel at least 72 hours prior to the start of your class. This gives others the opportunity to fill the class. Cancellations outside the 72 hour window will have credit toward a future class, but we do not offer refunds. I am flexible and happy to discuss the circumstances. Contact me directly at 612.804.1708.

Production Time

Production time is usually 4-6 weeks and begins with the receipt of 50% down payment. Production time may increase up to 10-12 weeks during peak holiday/show months.

Prices

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Variances & Micro-cracks

Handmade pottery will vary in color, size, and may have minor flaws. Micro-cracks sometimes form in clay as well. Micro-cracks are impossible to detect or predict. Please contact me to negotiate a trade or refund if you feel your pottery is unreasonably different from the image in the shop. Sorry but I cannot cover damages that a leaky pot may cause.
